Finding a particular State's
homepage
If you are trying to find information about a certain state in the U.S., such as
government offices, tourist info, local airports etc. Instead of trying search engines and
using the name of the state and the info you are looking for, just go straight to the
state's website.
It's much easier to get what you want that way. Just enter this URL:
<http://www.state.ny.us/>
Of course, change the ny (for New York) to whatever the initials of the state you want.
i.e. nm for New Mexico, ca for California etc... So to go to Colorado's website, type:
<http://www.state.co.us/>
